Editor's note

Long weekend — three dinners worth booking now. The plan that follows assumes you'd rather walk twenty minutes for the right kissaten than save five at a hotel restaurant. Two splurge dinners are held; the rest of the week is built to feel like a neighborhood you might come back to.
